If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

For rent is a nice, light loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft is composed of an open kitchen with living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, the sleeping area is located above the living room in the rooftop which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room is a sofa which can be folded out and thus can stay in the loft 4 people (2 people in bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

Our apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. It is located in the western district of Dresden Cossebaude. Near the apartment there are various shopping facilities and activities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, bank, outdoor pool, fitness center). Bus and train can be reached on foot in 5 min. and by train (13 min), bus (30 min, runs every 20 min also at night) or car (15 min) in Dresden city center. The Elbe Trail can be reached by bike within 5 minutes.

In front, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The device is as good as new and expedient.
