Everything is located in the center of Zagreb. My partner and I will greet you in front of our building and take you to the rooftop (17th floor). There you can have some refreshments while enjoying the view. The rooftop provides a 360 view of the city and its surroundings. Ich zeige dir wie du aus einem Stück Rohmaterial einen wundervollen Silberring mit einer glatten oder gehämmerten Oberfläche entstehen lässt. Ein paar Beispiele an meinen Fingern zeigen dir deine Möglichkeiten. In ca. 4h leite ich dich Stück für Stück zu deinem Ringglück. Da ich in meinem Wohnzimmer lediglich einen Arbeitsplatz eingerichtet habe, freue ich mich über zwei Teilnehmer, welche sich an diesem Arbeitsplatz abwechseln. Keine Sorge, während die eine Person sitzt wird sich die andere Person keineswegs langweilen :) Nachdem wir deine Ringgröße herausgefunden haben wird das Material zugeschnitten, mit einer Feile bearbeitet und dann in Form gebogen. Es kommen Lot und ein Lotkolben ins Spiel und bei ca. 1000 Grad Celsius löten wir deinen Ring zusammen. Nun geht es an den Feinschliff: mit einem Hammer wird der Ring in eine perfekte Rundung gebracht und dann mit dem richtigen Schleifgerät immer glänzender. Je nach gewünschter Oberfläche wird der Ring auf Hochglanz poliert oder zu guter Letzt mit einem Hammermuster versehen. Zu der Grundgebühr des Kurses berechne ich 3€ pro Gramm Silber. Afterwards, you will practice the principles of texture, composition and marble tile cutting to create your own mosaic to take home. It is fundamental to us to transfer the real techniques of Roman Mosaic craft. Therefore, your mosaic will be correct and based on Ancient mosaic rules. The final result is your own personal mosaic to take home that will be approximately 7” x 5”, weighing 14 oz. Absolutely impossible to be in Venice and not have good photos with at least 3 landmarks: Saint Mark's Cathedral, the hidden streets and the famous gondola boat. I have therefore created an experience that will bring you the best memories with these three Venice icons. We will take a short group walk in the St. Mark Square area, from where we will also enjoy a great view of Canal Grande. During the excursion, we will stop at some strategic locations to take hidden photos. It is important to remember that this is a shared experience and that multiple people share at the same time. If you would like a private photo shoot, I must let you know. We will do 250 photos and 70 of this will be edit with Adobe Lightroom. You can receive 70 photos by email after 4/5/6 working days.

The Trevi Fountain attracts millions of visitors every year and with me you will find out why! Admire its beauty as I give you the full story behind the fountain and we get to the bottom of the coin-throwing tradition. The next stop will be in Piazza della Rotunda, the location of the world-famous Pantheon. Experience this most important of Rome’s pagan temples and discover its 2000 years of history. We save the best till last: Piazza Navona, which is by far the most elaborate of Rome’s squares. This is the reason why one of the best ways to explore the city is in the evening when the crowds are gone and the temperature is lower. We will walk along the main street and explore the history that is hidden in every little side street. However, it was once a place of execution, and reminders of this still stand - hear the tale of Giordano Bruno, one of Italy's greatest minds who got on the wrong side of the Church. Then we stroll through the backstreets, arriving at one of the oldest bridges, which is haunted by one of Rome's most infamous characters. Strolling down a medieval street, we come to a unique church, home to a mysterious order of monks with a rather macabre task. From here, we reach the site of one of the world's most notorious historical prisons, then pass the tomb of the notorious Borgia Pope, before arriving at the home of an infamous poisoner. Soon, we reach Castel Sant'Angelo, where we talk about one of Rome's most famous executions, which the city's people didn't want - the Cenci family. Altogether, it's a fascinating alternative look at Roman history. Other things to note: It's an easy walk, lasting about 2 hours. We end close to some nice bars and restaurants.
