A mile away, you'll find Deep Eddy Pool (spring fed and open year round), Lion's Municipal Golf Course (18 holes in the heart of Austin), and Lake Austin's waterfront dining. There is access to public transportation (bus) within walking distance (less than a mile). The walk is doable but not incredibly pedestrian friendly. Please note that Via Libre is an upstairs apartment without elevator access. Via Libre requires a 2 night minimum on weekends. We are happy to work with you to accommodate special requests. From wine & beer, coffee & tea, snacks, plenty of clean towels and fluffy bathrobes all included in your stay! As much as they need! We are pretty cool hosts. The apartment is part of the eclectic East Austin scene in the popular Holly Street neighborhood. It's minutes from downtown clubs and restaurants, and a short walk to the Austin Hike and Bike trail system that runs through the center of the city. Plenty of room for parking, but close to all bus stops, bike rentals and ride sharing. We have created a space that is very comfortable and accommodating. The property is located only a few minutes away from downtown Austin. Enjoy an eclectic neighborhood with trendy restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, and brew pubs. It is convenient to I 35 and the airport, too. You’re minutes away from downtown, airport... Uber or Lyft around town. One assigned parking space, alarm and digital entry, no keys. Laundry in the building.

Suite Spot (Zilker)

You could not find a better location in the "Soul of Austin" then this spot. You can walk 1/2 a mile to the gate of ACL in Zilker park or head on over the bridge and you are downtown. Barton Springs is right down the hill outside our door and you can take advantage of some of the very best restaurants and chefs in the city right around the corner. When you get tired from all the fun a sweet, calm, quiet apartment awaits you to relax and enjoy.
