Sightseeing
The oldest inhabited castle in the world ... and we think the most beautiful! A must see when your'e here. Try and co-ordinate a visit when the guards are changing. (Note changing of the guard timings change depending on the time of year and what else is happening at the Castle).

This 3 mile tree-lined avenue stretches from the Castle to towards the impressive Copper Horse depicting George III on horse back. Red Deer can often be spotted too. Pop into the Two Brewers on your way back to quench your thirst.

It's our local high street ... although it looks like it should be pronounced peas cod it's really pes cod! Lots of shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Pedestrianised to easy to wander about and take in the sight of the Castle at the top of the Street.
