Kayak, Swim, Hike
Plenty of nature to enjoy without leaving your secluded oasis. Follow the path to the lake and watch your step on the steep trail which can sometimes be muddy.

Bird Watching and Forest Bathing
We love just relaxing on the deck and enjoying some forest bathing (it's a real thing, look it up).
The sounds of nature and the birds are very soothing. If you hear anything interesting, recommend to find an app called BirdNet for your smartphone, which let's you record and automatically identify the various species (and hopefully Owls)!
For the naturalists or non technically inclined, just use the bird book on the bookshelf above the couch and scope some feathered friends through the binoculars.

Hiking Along the Creek
Enjoy hiking along the creek feeding the lake - found at the bottom of the lake access trail.
