You can even match the single beds to have a large double bed. You'll find beautiful and spacious bathrooms, with a large shower to ensure maximum relaxation. The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. The waterbus stop is about 400 meters away, without bridges. TOURIST TAX: 4€ per person (12 years or more) per night [not included]. The tax must be paid to the municipality of Venice. Delizioso appartamentino in posizione centralissima, ad 1 minuto dalla fermata vaporetto di Cà D'oro, 5 minuti a piedi dal Ponte di Rialto e 10 da Piazza San Marco. Per motivi di sicurezza non accettiamo minori di 8 anni
