Spacious, clean apartment only 15 minutes to NYC!

This is a beautiful, fully renovated one bedroom apartment on a quiet street minutes away from NYC. The apartment is spacious, with an open concept living room/kitchen. The living room has large windows with plenty of natural light, cable TV, and sofa bed. The kitchen has a new stove, microwave, and toaster oven. It is fully equipped with plates, silverware, cups, plus lots of extras. The bedroom has a brand new, comfortable queen bed, with a walk-in closet, TV, and clock radio. WiFi included!

Centrally located! Enjoy your own private space. This is a fully finished and renovated basement apartment. Private entrance through the back of our home and impeccably clean. Accessible to Braddock Park in the best area in North Bergen (very safe). Many restaurants, and shops around the area. Walk a few steps and take in the beautiful NYC skyline from boulevard east. Accessible to public transportation within steps from the home. Transportation to NYC/Weehawken/ Jersey City/Hoboken.

Studio apartment in historic rear building close to 2 ferries and Path train to Manhattan (7 minute walk to the Path, 4 minutes to each of the ferries). Located in a quiet rear building in the historic Paulus Hook neighborhood, this apartment is on the 1st floor (the owners live on the top two floors). Convenient safe location, only 30 minutes to Time Square by bus. Step out of the house you will have amazing view of Manhattan skyline . Private bedroom + private bathroom. Paid parking space $10/day on driveway. Not suitable for oversized car. This townhouse has two units on 3rd floor and two units on 2nd floor. You will share entrance door and staircase with other units. 2nd floor has a sitting area with view, you can enjoy it between 10am to 6pm.
