Just completed and brand new for the 2023-24 Winter Season, Mountain View Villa is a compact, high-quality chalet, featuring an open-plan living area adjoining a spacious terrace that enjoys mountain views. The chalet has 2 bedrooms and is a very short walk to the restaurants and apres-ski activities in Echoland and free shuttles running towards the Happo-one Resort in one direction, Hakuba 47 and Goryu Resort in the other operate from close-by.

This former lodge is now being offered to rent in it's entirety for the first commencing for the 2015 / 2016 ski season and has been extensively renovated. All 10 guest rooms come with attached private bathrooms and has a large and comfortable lounge and dining area and the property also boasts a nice Japanese bathroom and additional washrooms. Located in the centre of Goryu Village and about 200 - 300 meters to the Goryu Gondola.

Forest villa 塩嶺高原は長野県塩尻市にある囲炉裏を備えた古民家風貸別荘です。標高１０００メートル、 周囲２０ｍに他の建物がなく木に囲まれた静寂な隠れ家です。敷地1288平米、古民家風別荘120平米、バルコニー20平米のゆったりとした環境でおくつろぎ頂くことが出来ます。 塩嶺高原別荘地の水道水は自然ろ過された地下３００ｍの地下水を敷地内のポンプで汲み上げ、水道法に基づき雑菌を消毒した、飲用と料理に利用できる好評のおいしい水です。 ※近くに公共交通機関がないため、車でのご利用をお勧めいたします。 ※自然環境が豊富な森の中の施設のため虫が屋内に入ったり、屋外に人に危害を加えない動物が出現することがあります。あらかじめご了解下さい。 ※冬季は基本料金に暖房費を加えさせていただいています。古民家のためリビングと寝室以外の暖房が完ぺきではありませんのでご理解をお願いいたします。雪の降る季節の車はスタッドレスタイヤなど滑り止めをの準備をしてお越しください。

野尻湖を見下ろす、絶景が楽しめる一軒家です。 車で15-20分ほどの所にスキー場（妙高、黒姫、斑尾）が数カ所あり、ウィンタースポーツの拠点にもぴったり。 薪ストーブのサウナと、絶景の水風呂をお楽しみください。 周りに民家が無いので、大きな音で音楽や映画もご覧いただけます。 山奥に佇む一軒家のため、最大限の対策はしますが暖かい季節には虫が出ます。冬はたくさんの雪が降ります。秋には落ち葉が舞います。 薪ストーブの火もご自身で調整いただく必要があります。 決して簡単に住める家ではありませんが、その分とびきりの景色と体験をお約束いたします。 絶景を眺められるカウンターキッチンと、調味料、調理器を完備していますので、ぜひ料理をお楽しみください。（BBQ用の機材はありません）
