The house is completely private and guests have access to all areas except the garage and 2 cupboards where owners property is kept.

Please respect our peaceful surroundings by keeping noise levels low after 10pm.
Heating is automatic but can be adjusted according to your preferences.
There is no smoking or vaping inside the house.
