A charming, newly renovated house & garden, both with stunning 180 degree views of Ballycotton Bay, the pier & Ballycotton Lighthouse.

Park your car & walk to all Ballycotton has to offer including: the amazing Cliff Walk; the pier for RNLI lifeboat station shop, Lighthouse Tours, fishing/deep sea tours, kayaking & swimming; all the bars, restaurants & cafe; Silver Strand; and the church, for wedding guests.
A short drive away is Ballymaloe Cookery School, Garyvoe Strand & Jameson Distillery.

The space
The property is bright with most rooms having a dual aspect.
It is cosy, with a gorgeous stove (wood burning fire) in the sitting room for those wild winter nights. Without a doubt the eat-in kitchen's crowning glory is a huge window and fully glazed back door, giving panoramic views of Ballycotton Bay, providing an ever-changing vista for you to enjoy. The house has sunny gardens to the front and rear, the latter overlooking the pier is the perfect spot to partake in a favourite tipple on a fine summer evening.

Guest access
You have exclusive use of the front and rear garden, which has uninterrupted 180 degree views overlooking Ballycotton Bay.

Other things to note
At present, there is no shop in the village for groceries and fire supplies, but there is in Shanagarry (under 5mins in the car). Supermarkets are further afield in Midleton. If you don't have access to a car during your stay, please plan accordingly.

** Please note: as from 18th August 2024, Ballycotton Sea Adventures will not be running Lighthouse Tours due to dredging in the pier, which is expected to take at least 6 weeks.
