Do I need to do in-person showings?
No, guests can see your space and request to book directly through your listing.
Can I ask guests to sign an additional contract?
As a Host, you can ask guests to sign a contract before staying at your place, but you must disclose the actual contract terms in your listing description. In addition, you must include the full terms in your message thread with the guest.
If you fail to disclose the actual terms of the contract prior to booking, a guest can decline to sign it after making a booking request and ask you to cancel the reservation without penalty. Keep in mind that Airbnb can’t help enforce any special policies in your contract.How do I get paid?
Your Airbnb earnings are paid directly through your Airbnb account.
Are there local requirements for longer stays?
Yes, hosting your place for longer stays may be subject to specific local regulations. Hosts are responsible for understanding and complying with any laws, rules, regulations and contracts with third parties that apply to their listing or Host services.
