Ungefähr 140 Quadratmeter groß ist die obere Ferienwohnung. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Für zwei Familien ist in der großen Strandmuschel genügend Platz. Die Ferienwohnung ist kinderfreundlich eingerichtet.
