A floor terrace overlooking the river Mocenigo allows you to watch the slow passage of gondolas in transit and relaxing al fresco dining . The living area and ' very cozy with modern decor and finished , a comfortable sofa , TV , free Wifi, a dining table , a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster , coffee ' American . The wooden floor and exposed beams make it very pleasant stay. A romantic bedroom with wooden beams and refined interior , a bathroom with shower , bidet and hair dryer complete this brand new apartment. Prestigioso appartamento con terrazza privata con vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla famosa Chiesa della Salute. IMPORTANTE: Il check-in sarà online una settimana prima del soggiorno: verrà richiesto da Vickey Team l'inserimento dei documenti, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia e biancheria (50 € per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. Vikey condivide i vostri dati solo con me, la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non ripidi.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.
