You’re almost ready to publish your listing. There are two things to do first.
Disclose important safety information. This helps guests make informed decisions as they search for a place to stay.
- Add any approved safety devices that you have to your listing.
- Exterior security cameras and noise decibel monitors are allowed as long as they are properly disclosed and follow our policy. Security cameras that monitor indoor spaces are not allowed, even if they’re turned off, and all hidden security cameras are strictly prohibited.
Review important laws and policies. This helps you avoid surprises later on.
- Follow your local laws for hosting. You can consult our Responsible hosting page for regional resources.
- Review Airbnb’s policies around nondiscrimination and guest and Host fees.
When you’re ready, tap Next in Airbnb Setup to review and publish your listing.
After you publish, guests can find your listing in search results within 24 hours. Your calendar will be completely open, so make sure to update your availability right away. It’s also important to add amenities and review your cancellation policy.
