This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

This is a cozy little private space located in a small Volga German community known for the St. Fidelis Catholic Church, or "The Cathedral of the Plains," built from 1908-1911. The parish was was declared a minor basilica in 2014 and is one of the "Eight Wonders of Kansas." Victoria is located approximately halfway between KC and Denver and just a mile from I-70. It's a great place to stay the night and still be able to ski the slopes of Colorado the next afternoon if that is your destination.

It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. 1930's Limestone chicken house converted to a cabin. 1/4 mile off a paved highway. Interior space is 46 feet x 11 feet, with sloping ceiling. Tiled shower with built in seat.(No tub.) Fully appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the Smoky Hills. Several acres of native grassland with running stream to explore. Deer, turkey, bird watching, and other wildlife. If you are going walking, wear appropriate footwear. See the stars without city lights and enjoy the unbelievable quiet.
