Upscale Sea-View Loft with Sauna in Heart of Town

Glide from bedroom, to sauna, to open terrace at a sophisticated apartment with striking contemporary flourishes. Windows soar to 5m-high ceilings, and circular mirrors sparkle in the light. Parquet floors and fluffy textiles add depth and warmth. Please notice that we are taking extra care to disinfect our space due to COVID-19 to make sure our guests feel comfortable. Two floor loft is situated on top floor, has sauna, balcony and open terrace. There are 3 rooms and all amenities for a pleasant stay. It’s ideal stay for 4, but can accommodate up to 6. There is open living room with nice modern kitchen including all utensils needed for cooking. Bedroom on 1st floor has 2 comfortable single beds, wardrobe, darken curtains. Bedroom on 2nd floor with queen-size bed is open to living room downstairs. Living room sofa-bed can be opened for 2 if needed. 2 modern bathrooms with shower and toilets, sauna, washing machine, dishwasher, flat TV and high-speed WiFi. The floor is from wooden parquet, ceiling is 5 m high, there are large windows and sea view. Safe parking space in the building is available on request. Our apartment is meant for families or trustful group of friends. Parties, events or loud noise are not allowed. Apartment is non-smoking, smoking is allowed only outside the building. Sophisticated Penthouse on the Edge of Old Town

Stylish and professionally decorated, with 2 bedrooms and open lounge with kitchen and foldout lounge/bed. The fittings and furniture showcase well known Estonian and European designers and many original restored items such as interior doors. The apartment has a clear view over the Port of Tallinn and the iconic Estonian Architecture museum in the historic salt store. Please be advised the apartment is located on the 4th floor with no lift access, so please consider this when making your booking. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults, and a maximum of 6. As well as 1 super-king and 1 king, the sofa and a blowup mattress or cot is available on request. Parking on request for 1 car directly in a well lit open car park behind the apartment. Our co-host Maria, will welcome you and will be available if any issues occur during your stay. As Estonians now living in London, Yuri and I welcome you to enjoy our apartment as much as we have since 2003. Set in a former vodka distillery, the flat is at the intersection of Tallinn's medieval Old Town, Ferry Port, and the Rottermani shopping district. A cinema, bowling alley, and spa are within walking distance, as are trendy stores and restaurants. Central Tallinn is walkable from the apartment. However, Mere Pst is directly on tram lines 1 & 2 taking you to either the International Coach or Train Stations. 5 minute walk to Tram lines 3 & 4 (to Airport) and the central bus hub at Viru Centre. Easy access to taxi rank, plus Uber and Taxify.

City center apartment in a historic spirit factory

Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.
