“Il Palmento” di Villa Clelia 1936

Immerso in un antico uliveto di circa quattro ettari, il nostro Palmento è a disposizione dei viaggiatori desiderosi di scoprire l’incantevole costa jonica della Calabria. La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Scilla meraviglioso appartamento

Bellissimo appartamento ricavato da un antica dimora familiare di fine 800. Panorama incantevole, vista sullo stretto di Messina ,sul borgo antico di Chianalea. Posizione eccellente, situata di fronte allo storico castello Ruffo, sopra le spiaggie attrezzate raggiungibili comodamente a piedi, a poche centinaia di metri dal belvedere San Rocco. Più che un soggiorno un esperienza unica... Facilmente raggiungibile dall' Aeroporto di Reggio Calabria ( 15 km circa),e da Lamezia Terme.(120 km circa).

Un’esplosione di blu cielo-mare e bianco e sassi faccia a vista e , per momenti speciali, la possibilità di usufruire di un ulteriore pergolato romantico e terrazze all’aperto con vista mozzafiato. Per amanti della natura e vita di paese fuori dai percorsi turistici di massa. No wi-fi, sì stelle. L’alloggio si trova a Santa Caterina dello Ionio (CZ), paese confinante con Badolato che è candidato a Borgo dei Borghi 2024.

Boutique flat on the 'coast of the gods' in Parghelia/Tropea in Calabria. Refurbished and renewed in 2020. Max. 4 pers. No animals Living room and fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob. 2 bedrooms with double beds and spacious closets. Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! Airco, WIFI , safe, parking in front of the door.

The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Comfortable apartament with large terrace directly on the beach and only around 10km from Tropea. One of three apartments of a family house with large garden, car park and private access to the beach. Around only nature, some small houses and the blue and warm sea of the bay. Special place to live a direct experience with the sea, to be lulled by the waves breaking just a few steps away. Ideal for families with small children or couples that love tranquillity and the sun.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening.
