Villetta ultimata nel 2016. Questa si trova su di una piccola collinetta e si affaccia su tutta la costa . La vista dalla stessa casa permette di ammirare a sinistra la costa della riserva naturale di Torre Salsa, centralmente la spiaggia di Bovo Marina e a destra la Costa di Eraclea Minoa .
