Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Meillä petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat Airbnb-hintaan, perusasiat keittiössä. Lyhyt matka Tornion keskustaan. Pihassa autopaikka. Kaunis remontoitu keittiö, eteinen, pieni suihku/wc sekä olohuoneessa TV, levitettävä sohva, parisänky ja nojatuolit. Sopii kahdelle aikuiselle, tai neljälle, kun seurueessa on esim.2 aikuista ja 2 lasta.

Tässä kohteessa hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan! Saunallinen paritalo (v.2015/60m2) erinomaisella sijainnilla. Sijaintinsa puolesta sopii hienosti ohikulkumatkalaisen, sekä pidempään majoittujan kohteeksi. Etäisyys Tornion keskustaan 2,6km, Prismaan 1.2km ja Haaparannan ikea 3,7km. Uimahalli 800m, McDonalds 900m. Autoilijan kannattaa valita tämä kohde. Ilmainen pysäköintitila, sekä lämmityspistokkeet kahdelle autolle suoraan asunnon pihassa. Charming Cottage for 2

It is very easy to relax in this unique and peaceful resort. Small cottage in the Tornio countryside for two (2) adults and max one (1) small kid. Toilet and shower in next building (25 m). There is no kitchen in the cottage, but a fridge, coffee maker, microwave and cutlery can be found. At an additional cost (book at least one day before arrival): sauna, jacuzzi and fireplace (firewood, open fire) as well as restaurant services (meals and drinks). Bikes and snowshoes are rented.

Nivankylä village is located 10km from Rovaniemi city centre. Our place is almost hidden by the trees in local village. Here you can spend your holidays in your own peace. Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.
