Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Rad-Begeisterte finden am Ybbstaler Radweg besonders Gefallen. Mit Canyoning, Rafting und Flying Fox kommen auch Abenteuer-Suchende nicht zu kurz. Das Appartement ist ca. 45m² groß und besteht aus Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Duschwand. Das WC befindet sich auch im Badezimmer. Das Appartement liegt im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und ist im Zentrum von Melk - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden, auch die Schiffanlegesgtelle und der Wachaubus. Ein versperrter Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus kann dazugemietet werden.

You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Melk im 1. Stock eines barocken Bürgerhauses. sie ist 50 qm groß und besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Waschraum mit Dusche Waschmuschel und WC. Auch ein Fön und ein Minitressor ist vorhanden. Vom Erkerwohnzimmer mit einer Holzdecke aus dem Jahre 1568 blicken sie direkt auf die Fußgängerzone. Die Stufen der Sechergasse neben dem Haus führen direkt zu unserem berühmten Stift Melk.
