Liebe Gäste, Wir wünschen euch eine angenehme Zeit in unserer neu sanierten Wohnung, genießt den Aufenthalt und fühlt euch wohl. Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt. Das Haus ist vom Bahnhof aus zu Fuß in 10 Min. zu erreichen. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist quasi um die Ecke. Mit dem Auto kommt man einfach über die Kronenbrücke ans Ziel. Zur Uni sind es 3, zur Fußgängerzone 10 Min., zum Hallenbad mit Außenanlage und großem Spielplatz 3 Min. Der Parkplatz kostet € 10,00 pro Tag.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Die Ferienwohnung von 1906 bestehend aus Küche, Esszimmer und Schlafzimmer wurde 2015 behutsam restauriert. Ergänzt wurde das Ensemble durch ein neues Bad, welches sich durch die Wahl der Materialen einfügt, als wäre es immer da gewesen. Als Heizung dient ein Holzofen, auf dem auch gekocht werden kann. Eine urtümliche Faszination und Behaglichkeit wenn das Feuer knistert und sich der Raum mit Wärme füllt...
