L'appartamento, che dispone di WI-FI, si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo storico interamente ristrutturato, provvisto di ascensore. Si estende per una superficie complessiva di 130 mq su un unico livello, più altri 40 mq di terrazza alla quale si accede da una elegante scala presente nella living room. Al suo interno sono presenti due camere da letto provviste di letti matrimoniali (160x200 in una e 140x200 nell'altra), aria condizionata, riscaldamento e televisori dotati anche di antenna satellitare (al momento delle foto non erano ancora presenti), due bagni provvisti di doccia, un ampio ed elegante salone arredato anche con particolari siciliani, provvisto di divano letto due piazze (sfruttabile su richiesta con un costo aggiuntivo di 20 euro a persona) e paravento, anch'esso fornito di aria condizionata e TV, comunicante tramite un'ampia apertura con la zona cucina corredata di forno, lavastoviglie, forno microonde, bollitore, macchina del caffè, un tavolo per la prima colazione e quant'altro occorrente per farvi sentire a casa; è inoltre presente un locale lavanderia provvisto di lavabiancheria, così da permettere comodamente anche lunghi soggiorni. L'ampia terrazza arredata provvista di ombrellone è ideale per trascorrere piacevoli momenti. Posizione: a dieci minuti dalla stazione centrale e dalla zona di sosta dei taxi, situata nel cuore del centro storico, tra via Maqueda e via Roma, a pochi passi da alcuni dei principali monumenti della città, tra cui: piazza Pretoria, la chiesa della Martorana e quella di Santa Caterina, i Quattro Canti (crocevia della Palermo antica), la Cattedrale e il Palazzo Reale, per citare solo alcuni degli splendidi monumenti che fanno parte del percorso arabo-normanno ( riconosciuto patrimonio UNESCO ). A pochi passi dai mercati storici della Vucciria e di Ballarò, ma comunque situata in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. La sera le vicine piazze di Sant'Anna e della Vucciria si animano, diventando il luogo ideale per un piacevole aperitivo e occasione di incontro e scambio culturale.

Soak up the sun on the spacious terrace while gazing at the views of the town, mountains, and sea. Casa Lu is in a landmark building and combines tradition with its exposed beams and a contemporary aesthetic with a monochrome color palette. Please note that there are stairs to get up to the apartment. Also, inside the apartment there are stairs as shown in the pictures. Going the other way, a 10-minute walk into town will take you past picturesque churches and piazzas to reach the "Teatro Massimo", Europe's 2nd largest theatre. Recently refurbished to high specs in a modern design, the apartment is complete with brand new furnishings including digital air conditioning, full HD TV, bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, a safe and much more. Split into three levels, the apartment sits on the second and top floors of a landmark building that itself has been recently refurbished, maintaining the original style and atrium entrance of buildings typical of Old Palermo Town. The first floor landing has a stylish area with plenty of storage for suitcases, prams, etc. Up the stairs on the first floor are the bedroom and en-suite bathroom with rain-shower, and the adjacent living area with a sofa bed and a balcony ensuring plenty of natural light in the room. On the top floor is the kitchen and dining area, and a spacious sunny terrace with a beautiful view of the town, mountains and sea. Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

La posizione strategica vi consentirà di trascorrere il vostro soggiorno alla scoperta del centro storico e degli antichi mercati a piedi, di fare un po' di shopping lungo via Libertà e via Ruggero Settimo, infine rilassarvi in uno dei tanti bar, ristoranti o enoteche presenti in zona.

Palazzo Pantelleria House overlooking the church

Nice and cosy flat on the 3rd floor without lift of the 16th-century Palazzo Pantelleria. Double bed on the mezzanine with the ancient frescoes on view and two other single beds underneath. Equipped kitchen with a view of the church, bathroom with shower. Equipped with heating, air conditioning, wifi. LOCATION: We are in the pedestrian Piazza Meli, right in the centre! The atmosphere at the Ferramenta is magical, like their Gin Tonic and the chef's dishes! Not for those seeking absolute quiet!

RAF - Panoramic Terrace in City Centre

RAF si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Palermo, a pochi passi dal Teatro Massimo. A piedi sono raggiungibili tutti i principali monumenti della città, i mercati storici, ristoranti, negozi, bar. La splendida vista da ogni stanza, la terrazza e l'arredamento la rendono inconfondibile e accogliente. La casa si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore, quindi bisogna salire molte scale ma, ve lo assicuro, ne vale la pena!
