Villa Krasi is a newly built house situated 5 km from the city of Blagoevgrad. One of the outstanding things about our villa is the amazing view of the whole city and the mountains Rila and Pirin. Another one is the absolute privacy of the place as there are no other houses or villas nearby. It is also next to the road so it is easily accessible. The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds. Air conditioners in every bedroom and living room. Beautiful fireplace. Sauna. Wi-fi. TV. Option for food.

Уютна вила на 2 етажа, със собствен басейн със солена вода и нагреватели, приятна за тялото температура. Ползва се между април и октомври). Удобно декинг покритие в зоната около басейна. Обширен двор с черешови дръвчета, и прекрасен тревен килим за разходки. Налично е барбекю. Мястото е уединено, наоколо е гора. В селото има едно магазинче за най-необходими неща. Град Кюстендил е на около 12 км. На около 50 м от къщата има изворче с прекрасна питейна вода от планината.

A nice house with a private backyard and a parking, modern furniture and a barbeque, located near Aquaclub Kotvata and other swimming pools, restaurants and shops. The hotsprings are near. The neighbourhood is quiet. The house is suited in a great location for climbing the Seven Rila lakes and the mountain resort Panichishte. It is great for visiting the Rila Monastery. The distance between Sofia airport and Vila Gardenia is a 90 minute drive by car.
