This is a recently restored historic property located within the heart of the UNESCO quarter of Sighişoara. The flat is very spacious (110 sq meters) and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is brand new (oven, hob, microwave, kettle, utensils, crockery, fridge, freezer, washing machine). The flat has two large bedrooms - a master bedroom (king size bed) and a twin bedroom (two single beds). The bedrooms are interconnected and offer majestic views of the city. The living room is really cosy.

We freshly renovated our family's first, central, spacious, two-rooms apartment and as travellers we consider it a good choice for accommodation. Each of the rooms are opening from the hall, have doors. One is used as living room, with a couch which can be unfold in a double bed, the other room is a bedroom with two separate beds which can be attached . The modern kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything needed. it is important that the main points of attraction can be reached by foot.

In October the house is heated with traditional terracota stoves (wood), so please be so kind to rent it only if you like the idea of making a fire. The house acommodates 4 people. You will have the entire house and a small yard to yourself. Breakfast is possible here, if you fancy the idea. It is also available for longterm rent during cold months. Located in the middle of the nature and near Bezid Lake, the place is ideal for families or groups that want to enjoy nature and the heart of Transilvania. It is close to Sovata, Sighisoara and Tirgu Mures, about half of hour by car. This house was reconditioned by us, many pieces in the house were build or refurbished. We ofer a big garden where kids can play. We have two ponies, cows and donkeys. We have a big backyard with vegetables in the summer.
