This bi-level 29/30th floor apartment is wonderfully spacious and is flooded with sunlight by day, thanks to its 2 story floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the city all the way to the Rio de la Plata. The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay. This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. The building features 24/7 security, concierge, 5 modern elevators, gym, and private gardens with a 25-meter heated swimming The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out. The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line ?D? that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour. This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end, custom made for this apartment. Enjoy the incredible views from the balcony as well as from this spacious terrace, which is accessible from the living room. The elegant modern kitchen offers everything you?ll need for a short visit or long-term stay. On the 7th floor by elevator of a quiet and rationalist style building, is this comfortable and super bright apartment of 70 m2 for 4 people. It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with access to the balcony, has a queen size bed, a large closet, HD 42 "TV with cable, Netflix, and A / C cold heat. The second bedroom has two single beds, a closet and A / C cold heat. The living room has an armchair, a large window, a table for 4 people that can extend up to 6 pers, a sound system (eiffel) and a cold A / C. The washing machine and standing iron with steam are located in a room for services within the department. The kitchen with access to the balcony is fully equipped with microwave, oven, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware, dishes and cooking utensils.
