Cosy apartment in rural setting and close to town

The apartment is situated in the country side and ideal for 2 adults or for a small family with up to 2 children. The pretty, old town of Alcudia, with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants may be reached by foot in about 5 min. The next beach can be reached in 15 - 20 min by foot. During the winter months you can heat our cosy apartment with the cast iron oven. All the fire wood needed we provide free of charge.

Cozy attic in Puerto de Alcudia. Minimalism with all amenities. The lowest price for this unique location. Optimal for couples. The second line from the sea. Only 50 meters away from the beach. The fhird floor without an elevator! Everything you need for both temporary and permanent residence. Personal entrance only. A small house with only a few neighbors.
